Memberships
- Streaming memberships are $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year.
- You can cancel anytime. Your access will last until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- We don’t offer partial refunds once a period has started.
Downloads
- Downloads are $0.99 each, in MP3 format.
- Once you buy it, it’s yours to keep and enjoy forever.
- Because downloads can’t be “returned,” they’re non-refundable.
Your Information
- We only collect what’s needed to run the site (like your email and payment info).
- Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never store your card numbers.
- We never sell your information.
Cookies
- We use cookies to help the site work smoothly (like keeping you logged in).
- You can turn them off in your browser, but some features might stop working.
Copyright
All of the books on St. Clare Audio are from the public domain. Some recordings are also public domain, created by outside readers. Recordings that are labeled “Produced by St. Clare Audio” are our own productions and are copyrighted sound recordings owned by St. Clare Heirloom Seeds. These are provided for personal listening only and should not be copied, shared, or resold.

Welcome to St. Clare Audio (“Site”), a DBA of St. Clare Heirloom Seeds. By using our site and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

- Streaming Membership: Unlimited access to streaming audiobooks for $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year.
- Downloads: Audiobooks available for $0.99 each in MP3 format.
2. Accounts
Users are responsible for keeping account login credentials secure. Accounts may not be shared outside a household.
3. License of Use
Audiobooks accessed through St. Clare Audio are provided for personal listening only. Copying, redistribution, resale, uploading to other platforms, or unauthorized sharing is prohibited for recordings produced by St. Clare Audio.
4. Public Domain Works & Recordings
- All literary works available through St. Clare Audio are in the public domain.
- Some audio performances available through this site were created by outside readers and are themselves in the public domain. These recordings remain free to use outside of this service.
- Any recording specifically identified as “Produced by St. Clare Audio” is an original production. These sound recordings are copyrighted by St. Clare Heirloom Seeds and are licensed to you for personal listening only. They may not be redistributed, resold, or uploaded elsewhere.
5. Billing & Payments
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

7. Intellectual Property

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
