At St. Clare Audio, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. The following guidelines explain how refunds and cancellations are handled for both memberships and downloads.
Streaming Memberships
Our streaming memberships are billed either monthly or yearly and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand.
- You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
- After cancellation, your access will remain active until the conclusion of the period you’ve already paid for.
- Please note that we do not issue partial refunds for unused days or months within a billing cycle.
Downloads
All MP3 audiobook downloads are a one-time purchase and yours to keep permanently. Because digital files cannot be returned, these sales are considered final and are non-refundable.
- In the rare event that you encounter a technical issue (such as a corrupted file or download problem), please contact us promptly. We will make every effort to ensure you receive a working copy of your purchase.
- Replacement of defective or inaccessible files will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
